1. Log into your account at Living DNA.
2. Click on the name on the top right corner of the screen. This will reveal a dropdown menu. Click “Profiles.”
3. A list of all the test profiles you manage in your account will appear. Find the DNA test results you want to download and then click on the download icon next to it.
4. You’ll be redirected to a new page with some privacy and consent information. Read through the page, then when you’re ready, click the box next to the consent statment. Your DNA raw data download options will appear below. Click on the test and the file will start to download to your device.
